I thought I'd share a nifty tip I discovered today.
Rosehip tea, the kind with just rosehips no other things added, can be brewed cold. As in drop your teabags into a cold container of water, walk away, and in an hour you have a refreshingly tart tea. It probably takes less time to reach maximum efficacy, but I was brewing it via a method mom taught me for iced tea. 4 cup microwaveable container, 8 tea bags, microwave 5 minutes, let sit ten, fish out the bags, add sugar if desired to bottom of pitcher, pour hot tea on top, fill the rest with cold water. I just ended up skipping the 'microwave' step and extending the let sit step.
