Anything Goes Friday!

seventhbardI promised a weekly socialize/chat/anything goes post and have arbitrarily decided to make it Fridays. We can switch the day if it would work out better for a majority of The Interested (because calling us "members" is so last week), but yeah, here it is!
Rules still apply obviously but pretty much whatever ya want!
Later, I'll make a graphic of some kind to display so these posts are more recognizable and ... well less empty because subsequent ones won't need this much text to explain them. XD
I realize an open chat with people who are still strangers at this point could be intimidating, so in the interest of giving us something to go on here are a few random talking points:
Where are ya from? (no need to get specific if you don't like people on the internet to know where you are, talk about your country/state/province/general vicinity!) Do you like it? Where are your fave places to go in your home place?
I love pets, I want to know about yours! Dogs, cats, tarantulas, rare birds, a houseplant you put glasses and bunny ears on and named Fluffy because your doctor says you're allergic to EVERYTHING and can't have that pet you always wanted? Tell tell!
Whatcha up to this weekend? Fun things? Relaxing things? Helping a friend move house?
